Matrixx Solutions was brought in to help Aucerna make a sales pitch to a global Operator (Client). They were making a pitch to a senior executive and wanted to ensure that the language and approach they were using was not just “techy”, but business focused, and receptive to the Client.

Solution delivered by our Consultant

Using expert knowledge, the Matrixx Solutions Consultant met with the Aucerna’s team and helped shape the presentation pack, making it more strategic and business focused, rather than being a technical pitch.

The Consultant provided coaching to the Aucerna team who were going to present to the Client Executive. This coaching was done on a one-to-one basis with individuals and in a group setting.

They acted as a proxy for the Client, ensuring Aucerna adequately answered questions the Client would have in mind. Then they facilitated the meeting between Aucerna and Client, at the Client’s offices in Houston.
