We conduct site visits to observe live operational activity, review current and historical performance outcomes against expected and future targets, and complete one-on-one interviews and discussions. The final report will summarise all findings and make specific recommendations to improve your business outcomes.
Our Consultants work collaboratively with you to design a structured Operational Excellence programme, tailored to your specific business environment, that enables you to systematically implement and sustain operational excellence practices throughout your workforce. Outcomes of this work are engaged and aligned stakeholders, finalised objectives and key results, internal and external resources onboarded, communication plan prepared, and preparations completed for a successful deployment.
Our Operational Excellence Deployments are unique to each company but may involve the following types of activities: high-quality and interactive workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, shadowing and coaching activities, retrospectives, visual management of the Deployment, and regular communications.
