Our client is a global provider of training services, active in more than 60 countries worldwide. One of their Divisional General Manager’s contacted Matrixx Solutions to find a specialist Assessor to support them.
We listened to our client, to fully understand what they were looking for, then started our recruitment process. Our recruiting team set out to find the ideal candidate for the role, accessing a wide range of people from across industrial sectors.
The specialist we brought in to do the task was an experienced Assessor, with relevant industrial experience, who had the necessary qualifications to conduct the work. The individual was also an experienced team leader with many years of supervisory experience.
Our Assessor firstly reviewed a full suite of documentation provided by the workers being assessed, to determine how long it would take to formally conduct the assessments. Using this information, we gave our client a clear timetable and budget for completing the work.
The next phase of work required our Assessor to check all the evidence provided by the workers, including:
They also reviewed reports that had been produced by the company’s internal assessor, and provided feedback on their veracity.
The final action our Assessor took was to formally report back his findings and complete an Independent Verification report for each worker. This enabled them to apply for and obtain certificates confirming they had met their Industry body’s Workplace Competence Assessment Standards.
1 week: Time to successfully recruit specialist resource for client.
Successful completion: The workscope was completed within the agreed timescale and budget.
